The latest FOMC Announcement is due out on Wednesday. Then on Friday the Bank of Japan is out with its latest announcement post meeting. 2.Economic Releases. Releases of note this week include the weekly chain store sales, oil/gas numbers, mortgage applications and jobless claims as well as Empire State Manufacturing, Industrial Production, Retail Sales, NAHB Housing Index, Housing Starts, Philadelphia Fed Index and Leading Indicators. 3.Earnings Releases. Notable releases this upcoming week include EZPW NDSN LEN TTC ACN FDX GIS CCL NKE DRI. Monday, December 14 Trane Technologies (TT) and Photronics (PLAB) will hold investor meetings and are Type 4 Long Squeezes. Tuesday, December 15 December Empire State Manufacturing is due out at 8:30 a.m. EST and is expected to fall to 6.0 from 6.30. November Industrial Production is due out at 9:15 EST and is expected to 0.3% from 1.1%. Polypid (PYPD) holds its investor meeting and is a Type 4 Long Squeeze. Wednesday, December 16 December NAHB Housing Index is due out at 10:00 a.m. EST and is expected to fall to 88 from 90. November Retail Sales is due out at 8:30 a.m. EST and is expected to fall to -0.2% from 0.3%. The latest Federal Reserve Open Market Committee (FOMC) announcement is due out at 2:00 p.m. EST. Lowes (LOW) holds its analyst meeting and is a Type 4 Long Squeeze. Thursday, December 17 November Housing Starts are due out at 8:30 a.m. EST and is expected to remain at 1,530,000. December Philadelphia Fed Index is due out at 8:30 a.m. EST and is expected to fall to 19 from 26.30. Friday, December 18 The Bank of Japan (BOJ) announces their latest decision and holds a on Thursday night. November Leading Indicators are due out at 10:00 a.m. EST and is expected to fall to 0.4% from 0.7%. Centene (CNC) will hold its investor meeting and is a Type 4 Long Squeeze. |
