How Did The Morning Matter's Portfolio Do In 2017

For 2017, the Morning Matter's Portfolio returned 7.75% which is less than the return on the S&P 500 or Russell 2000. That said, we were 67% invested and have cash on hand of 33%. Look for new additions and changes to the portfolio over the next few weeks. Tomorrow we will look at returns for the first week of the year. Cumulative returns from all trades is 970.84% and run as a twelve stock portfolio the return is 493.31%. The portfolio was started in 2008 and has lost money in only two years. More...
